• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum age is 18. A national ID card or passport may be requested during account verification.
• Members are responsible for keeping their own accounts secure. It is strongly advised not to share your password with anyone.
• If your personal details change (phone number, email), please notify xx9 immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, xx9 may request identity documents at any time. This is done to protect members — ensuring no one can withdraw funds from another person's account.

Xx9 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by account tier.

• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited.

If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to xx9's specific policy — typically, the original stake is refunded. For partially completed or mid-event cancellations, settlement will be based on the official result.

Xx9 regularly offers various bonuses and vouchers. Each offer has its own terms — including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and minimum deposit amounts. Please read the specific terms before claiming any offer.

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Creating a new account to claim the welcome bonus again is not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled. However, your real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — may result in the bonus being voided.
• Voucher codes cannot be used after their expiry date. Unused vouchers have no cash value.

• Account hacking or unauthorized access incidents

In the event of account termination, xx9 will consider refunding any legitimately earned balance (excluding bonuses). However, in cases of fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.
